We acquire and manage office and select industrial properties across the Western United States, with particular focus on high-performing submarkets in Southern California, Utah, the Pacific Northwest, and Arizona — partnering with institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Value-add office and select industrial, with a moderate lease-up thesis.
Target assets at a basis meaningfully below the current owner’s all-in cost basis.
Prior ownership has already completed material capital investment.
