Spike Whitney
Co - Founder & Managing Partner
Spike is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bridgeway Real Estate Partners. He has 15 years of real estate industry experience, with particular emphasis on portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and capital fundraising. Spike has been an owner, operator and investment fiduciary throughout his career.
Prior to forming Bridgeway Real Estate Partners, Spike was Head of Asset Management at Coretrust Capital Partners, LLC, serving as a Senior Vice President responsible for overseeing and directing a portfolio of office investments nationwide. Prior to joining Coretrust, Spike worked in the investments group at CommonWealth Partners.
Spike started his career at Deloitte in its real estate group working with both public and private companies in the industry.
Spike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, Leventhal School of Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (active).
Adam Lurie
Co - Founder & Managing Partner
Adam is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bridgeway Real Estate Partners. He has 15 years of real estate industry experience, with particular emphasis on capital fundraising, acquisitions, portfolio management and asset management. Adam has been an owner, operator and investment fiduciary throughout his career.
Prior to forming Bridgeway Real Estate Partners, Adam was a Senior Vice President at Coretrust Capital Partners, LLC, responsible for overseeing and directing acquisition and capital fundraising nationwide. Prior to joining Coretrust, Adam served as Vice President at Bank of America in the Short Sale/REO Strategy Group focused on real estate asset pricing.
Adam started his career with The Northern Trust Company where he underwrote credit facilities for various office and industrial properties in Chicago.
Adam earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BA from Northwestern University.
Tanner Wilson
Managing Director
Tanner is a Managing Director at Bridgeway Real Estate Partners. He has over a decade of real estate experience with a focus on asset management, portfolio performance, leasing, development, and acquisitions across office and light industrial assets. Tanner brings a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to value creation, with exposure to both institutional and private real estate investment platforms.
Prior to joining Bridgeway, Tanner was Senior Vice President at Mark IV Capital, overseeing acquisitions, development, leasing, and portfolio performance across California. He began his career as an industrial broker with JLL, providing a foundation in client service and market engagement.
Tanner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Analysis, from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
