Spike Whitney

Spike co-founded Bridgeway after 16 years in institutional real estate, with a career spanning portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, and capital fundraising. Before Bridgeway, he was Head of Asset Management at Coretrust Capital Partners, serving as Senior Vice President responsible for a nationwide portfolio of office investments. He previously worked in the investments group at CommonWealth Partners and began his career in Deloitte’s real estate practice, advising public and private companies in the industry.

Spike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Adam Lurie

Adam co-founded Bridgeway after 16 years in institutional real estate, with a focus on capital fundraising, acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management. Before Bridgeway, he was a Senior Vice President at Coretrust Capital Partners, where he led acquisitions and capital fundraising nationwide. He previously served as Vice President at Bank of America in the Short Sale/REO Strategy Group, focused on real estate asset pricing, and began his career underwriting credit facilities for office and industrial properties at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago.

Adam earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BA from Northwestern University.

Tanner Wilson

Tanner is a Managing Director at Bridgeway, with more than a decade of real estate experience across asset management, portfolio performance, leasing, development, and acquisitions in office and light industrial. He brings a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to value creation, shaped by both institutional and private investment platforms. Before Bridgeway, Tanner was Senior Vice President at Mark IV Capital, overseeing acquisitions, development, leasing, and portfolio performance across California and Arizona. He began his career as an industrial broker at JLL.

Tanner earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Analysis, from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
